Variable Speed Hydraulic Coupling


  The couplings which transfer power to the working mechanics via liquid oil as medium can coordinate multi-motor drive load distribution and constant transmission motor connection of the output shaft speed, so that can be regulated within a certain range, and can be achieved infinitely variable control of output speed under the condition of the motor speed constantly, and can improve the motor starting capacity, reduce the impact and vibration of the coordination of multi-motor drive load distribution, and easy to realize remote control and automatic control and can be saving a lot of energy.
Compared with other mechanical coupling devices, the speed-regulating hydraulic coupling has the following characteristics:
1.The speed regulating type hydraulic coupling can continuously and stepless adjust the speed of driven machinery under the condition that the prime mover speed is unchanged. When it is matched with centrifugal fan and water pump, its speed regulating range is 1 ~ 1/4. When it is matched with piston type machinery, its speed regulating range is 1 ~ 1/3.
2.The adjustable-speed hydraulic coupling can make the motor start without load. It is unnecessary to choose the prime mover such as the motor with excessive power margin capacity, and it can reduce the fluctuation of power network load.
